The Mindful Slumber App and online services are built as a freemium service, meaning the app is provided at no cost, subject to advertising and optional in-app purchases/subscriptions. 2.4 Analytics data

We collect analytical data from the mobile app to help us understand how users interact with Mindful Slumber. Apple App Store: When you download or make purchases within our app on an Apple device (such as an in-app purchase or subscription), Apple acts as a third-party service provider. Apple independently collects transaction and usage data as part of providing the App Store service to you. This data processing is subject to Apple’s own Privacy Policy and their terms and conditions, not ours. We recommend you review Apple’s Privacy Policy to understand their practices.

Apple HealthKit: We access your health data through Apple’s HealthKit framework only with your explicit permission. Apple HealthKit data remains under Apple’s privacy protections and is subject to Apple’s Health Privacy Policy. We do not store HealthKit data on our servers unless necessary for app functionality, and when we do, it receives enhanced security protections.

TikTok SDK for iOS: The TikTok SDK is used solely for advertising attribution and app performance analytics. It may collect pseudonymous data such as device information, IP address, user interactions, and app usage events to help us measure campaign effectiveness and optimize user experience. No login or authentication functionality is provided through TikTok. Data is processed in accordance with the TikTok Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Facebook SDK for iOS: We use the Facebook SDK for mobile marketing analytics and attribution only. It collects aggregated data related to app installs, launches, and engagement to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. We do not support Facebook login. Data collected via this SDK is handled according to the Facebook Data Policy and is not used to directly identify individual users.

Cloud Hosting Providers: We may use third-party providers to store our data and host our services.

Within the European Union, each member state is permitted to legally define its age of digital consent between the ages of 13 and 16, for users located outside of the European Union, your counties own age of digital consent should be used in place, in the event your own country does not define an age of digital consent, then the age of majority must be used in place.
